First the migration.
Now the complete e-commerce management.

Migration, tracking, campaigns and email for a denim store, run by the same people who moved it.

The starting point.

Situation

Blue Fire Co. sells denim through its own online store. The store ran on Magento: every change needed a developer, and marketing was split across several parties.

Magento as the store platformMaintenance only through developersMarketing spread across several parties

Goal

The store needed a platform the team could run themselves, without losing revenue or visibility in the switch. After that, marketing was to come from a single source.

What Velonify took on.

Shopify Migration Moved products, customers and orders with a test migration, and redirected every old URL to the new one with a 301. Tracking & Attribution GA4, server-side tracking and the Conversions API, so the store, Meta and Google all see the same orders. Performance Marketing Meta Ads and Google Ads including the product feed in Merchant Center, managed by revenue and margin. Email & Retention Klaviyo flows for welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase, plus regular campaigns.

The numbers.

What changed at Blue Fire Co. and what's behind it.

6 weeks from kickoff to go-live
How it happened

The new store was built alongside the live one. The test migration and redirect plan were ready before the move, and we only switched over once everything ran cleanly.

98% of organic rankings retained
How it happened

Every old URL points to its counterpart via 301; metadata and Search Console were ready on launch day.

4.2x ROAS on Meta Ads
How it happened

Campaigns steered by revenue and margin instead of clicks, based on clean Conversions API data.

27% Share of revenue from email
How it happened

Automated flows in Klaviyo, segmented by purchase behavior instead of one newsletter for everyone.

“With Velonify we talk directly to the people who actually run our store – not an account manager who passes things along. Migration, tracking, ads: everything runs from one team, and we see in real time what it delivers.”
Berkay Dogan, CEO Blue Fire Co.
